"SERBONIAN" is an IP series under FORESHADOW STUDIO, with its creation begun by the founder FadeChou in 2011. In 2018, FORESHADOW STUDIO was established in Hangzhou, continuously refining the worldbuilding, story content, and artistic aesthetics, while embarking on numerous IP incubation projects.

The "first series" of the novel "SERBONIAN: The War Of Styx" was jointly created by Fade, Baiye, Xu Qi, Guo Kai, and other authors, with an expected total of ten novels and one prequel to complete the first series.

In 2019, FORESHADOW STUDIO collaborated with Xuanji Technology to prepare for the 3D animation of "SERBONIAN: War Of The Styx." In October 2022, the concept PV of "Desperate Chronicles" was released at the Youku Anime New Release Conference.
